We live at a unique and highly volatile point in world history. We have become increasingly divided over religion as both devotion and disbelief grow dangerously more intense among different segments of the population. Can people of differing faiths co-exist? Are intelligence and logic enemies of faith? Will we blow each other up before we figure it out? Religulous, comedian Bill Maher’s often-hilarious, always-irreverent search for answers, takes him from the Vatican to Jerusalem, from a Christian theme park to a truck-stop chapel. Join us as we watch the highest-grossing documentary of 2008 and respectfully consider these questions and the ways they’re being asked in a discussion that’s sure to challenge both true believers and those certain about their uncertainty.
